Living Gratefully

Day 16 of the 21 Day Chopra Abundance Meditation Challenge. The centering thought is “Today I Remember To Be Grateful.”The Sanskrit mantra is: Om Vardhanam Namah—I nourish the universe, and the universe nourishes me.

Being grateful takes us out of ego and tells the universe, “Yes, I will have more of this feeling.” Grateful that we can see the stars, hear the ocean, smell the flowers, or hug our loved ones.

    Need a lot of organizing to do, but first I wanted to get back to my Blog-Friends and say ‘Hi’. How are you and how is school treating you? Australia was great and I will write about it.
