Here is a post for the Let’s Go Retro Blogging Challenge!
Renewed and refreshed. It has been way too long since I have practiced Qigong on a daily basis. I have wanted to do so but…. haven’t. So today I meet Tashi my new Qigong teacher. Tashi is an an Internal Martial Artist and energy cultivator since ‘95. Tashi had study Auricular Medicine, Cranial Sacral, DNA Reprogramming, Light Body’s, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Meditation under a number of exceptional masters in their fields.
What a great class. Feeling the Chi once again coarsening through my body. Now to reestablish the discipline to continue everyday.
Qigong is an ancient Chinese health care system that integrates physical postures, breathing techniques and focused intention. The word Qigong (Chi Kung) is made up of two Chinese words. Qi is pronounced chee and is usually translated to mean the life force or vital-energy that flows through all things in the universe.
Here is a video, 11 minutes of instruction, movements starts at 11 minutes.

very cool Sindy. You have so many talents up your sleeve.Must admit I do not know Qigong but once went to a doctor who had some background in Chinese medicine. Did some research on it years ago and
would love me some acupuncture again. In the end, all these practices are part of the ONE.
hope you get back into the daily practice
love, Lindalite
Thanks sister~ I will keep you all updated. ❤ The more chi I cultivate the better 😀
Good for you! I’ve been doing Flying Crane Chi Gung for over 20 years and love the way it balances me and builds chi. Did Tai Chi off and on in various forms for 20 years before that and I liked it too but Flying Crane is my fave.
Leigh you are just too cool. I cannot lay claim to knowing the flying crane. om and I wrote about it when we were writing a story together. You must have a very active shen. Perhaps I will get my daily practice back and discover new techniques. ❤
Hi Sindy, I have never heard of Qigong, but now I know a little bit of it and will check out the little video you shared with us…
As to the images on this post, they are really beautiful. Very nice feature ⭐ Love and all the best to you!, Aquileana 😀
