The Seeds are Inside the Core

The apple has been eaten, proverbially, I don’t really like apples. The school year is over on Thursday, my first year as a teacher is done. How do I feel about that? I feel good about it; in that, it is over, and in that, I feel accomplished. It is good to work hard towards a goal, but very consuming. So  consuming I could not stop and focus on a movie, (I did however spend a day watching videos on YouTube a month or so ago).

From the fire to the frying pan, (an idiom) I have been lucky enough to earn an invitation to a summer writing institute at ASU, it is teachers, teaching teachers. I have had the best 10 days of my life recently, so many wonderful things and opportunities, I can’t even begin to share them all.

I like when my sister sings, unrelated, but she came in singing.

Hello Happy Friday. A lovely Spring like day here. A day that was gifted me in my Spring break from school I had committed to work today, but alas it got cancelled so change of plan. Oh and I cannot read the text embedded in the image but bless them for sharing the image. I have been listening to my favorite astrologers this fine morning trying to get an idea of what is up? Sometimes the understanding is beyond me. The image and title allude to the Virgo Full Moon on March 12. I will share a few links below. One is from The Leo King, David Palmer, my son (from another mother) actually we have never met except on FB but I just feel like David is my son. lol He has his new fiancee on the show with him and it made me so happy. lol Crazy huh? I was happy he had chosen well.

Venus Retrograde & Full Moon

Full Moon in Virgo; Time to Enter Warrior Mode

I was enjoying my magical garden patio, which as I have shared is darn near Xanadu to me. I was drawn to water my trees and plants, I just love the connection that you get with nature while doing such a simple task. I had created a puddle of mud at the foot of the patio, and I was compelled to just put my feet in and squish it around. If you haven’t done this in awhile, do it. Afterward I see my foot imprints left behind, sort of cool. It took my thoughts to the footprint of the guru, perhaps as I was listening to Ravi Shankar at the time. Honestly I have been hoping for a butterfly sighting . . . the day is young.

Also I have my outdoor kitty’s baby daddy to contend with, this Tom cat is huge, I mean at night he will scare you with his howl and scary gold eyes, he must be part Siamese or Persian as he has long hair, which is grey and white spots, and a slightly smushed face. Did I mention his howl would wake the dead and he is huge? I have named him Brutus. Both of his male offspring, Prince Fu, who is now named Carl, as I understand, and his brother Frankie, look like him. Brutus needs to be trapped and fixed, Pray for a good outcome for Brutus and all concerned.

Oxford deadline has come and gone but I still haven’t taken the flyer from my wall and it still has some unknown relevance, My tale bone is still sore but much better. Merlin, wizards, fairies and Tors still paint my minds imaginings. I have a unit yet to plan for my Methods of Teaching Language class, I am thinking “Unit of Thrones” one that would include Arthurian Grail Lore, Sir Gawain and the Green Knight, a book of choice either, The Wicked Day, or any of Mary Stewart’s, Merlin Trilogy, Silver Eve (A YA novel female protagonist) or The Mist of Avalon. I would like to include Shakespeare, but a unit is 3 or 4 weeks, even the above is ambitious.

So I best get to scholarship essay writing. My internship is going real well but I am having a tough go of it in my Modern Grammar class so good vibes in that direction, or aka prayers etc… Much love everyone be well. The John Lennon lyrics, “strange days indeed” just popped in my head this morning, and the song lyric does not really fit the mood of the day which is light but nonetheless I share the song it may have a message (Oh of course there is the Shankar Lennon connection).

Solstice draws nigh
dark days, long, longest night
deep remembrance
journey of the soul
moving, ever moving
moving to stand still
still in the darkest light
the most glorious light
light of the undying Sun
standing sill. still point
where we bask breathe
delight in Light, Love
pure beingness
This ever turning play –
dance of dark and light
our soul’s shadow dancing
concealing and revealing
gently, reverently mirroring
cosmic flow and rhythm
of which you and I are part –
One in the eternal dance
movement-Eternal moment
meeting, re-uniting ever again
as One . . . separating, then returning

Let’s look at a smattering of ideas, shall we?

Well before January 5th, 2016 when Mercury goes Retrograde. Great way to start the year, Well I just discovered that, so moving forward. Doreen says, the angels say, “we are going through energy reassignment.” My friend has been telling me that as well.

Here is Anna Merkaba at Sacred Ascension‘s take:

“Beginning December 25th, 2015 with Uranus stationing direct, all major planets in our solar system will be moving direct/forward, Manifestations can be quickened during this time.

Through the planetary alignments you shall feel a difference in your understanding of self. You shall be presented with various outcomes and timelines from which to choose from in order to continue your mission here on earth, and the timelines that you shall see, shall be seen by all and selected by all whom you are to be walking with on your path.  A mutual cognition of a new reality structure and a mutual agreement upon the timeline and experiences to be had shall be made…

…For through fully aligning yourself with the Fifth Dimensional frequencies you shall then be able to manifest the realities of your choice! You shall then be able to fully move into  a new phase, whereby all the senses of your present cognition and those unbeknownst to you yet, shall activate and allow you to see beyond the veil, allowing you to experience a different type of reality of BEing, allowing you to walk through veil of forgetfulness arriving at the very core of your own being, communicating freely with those of the higher dimensions and those of the third dimensional earth…

…The acquisition of new technological prowess has allowed humanity to enter a new era of technologically driven automation. And it is through the technology sector of your world, that your earth shall see a rise in new biological structures which will allow you to propel the knowing of your true origins and agendas placed before you by your higher selves upon the entrance into the Matrix System of Planet X…

For through the knowing of your past the knowing of your the true origins, humanity shall be able to take the final step into the destination of full awakening, into the destination of full awakening to that which they are, and propel themselves further still…

….It is through the new seedings, who shall walk freely amongst humans, carrying the collective consciousness of all who have come and gone. It is through these new beings the “new kids”, who shall transform said energies and absorb said energies and erase the past in human cognitive understanding, that the change that you all are longing to uphold shall take place.

It is through your endeavors and the endeavors of your kind shall the earthlings finally be able to grasp the understanding of Karma, and release it once and for all from their memory banks. And it is through the endeavors of each and every single soul presently occupying time and space continuum on the planet known as Gaia that the experiment of the 3rd dimension shall come to an end…”

Timeline Delta

Pomp and Circumstance

Hello, and thank you for co-creating existence with me. My name is Sindy, and I will be your pilot this evening. I spent ten minutes looking at the Greek Alphabet, as I was thinking of a clever title, Timeline Kappa? Timeline Omega? Timeline Epsilon? Lol I just left it as Timeline Delta. The title is merely a symbolic designation, but the Greek Alphabet, is rather fascinating. I am writing this in participation of Litebeing chronicles, and my dear friend Linda’s, Time Machine Blogging Challenge. Actively practicing time travel via the Quantum mind is transcendent in scope. We sort of do it often in day dreams, the difference is intention. The first time I traveled to the future was in a meditation that in Keylontic Science, they call “journeys.” Although I do not advocate the “Freedom Teachings,” i.e., Keylontic Science (not even going to link them) I had some great experiences. This one in particular was a journey to meet yourself in 3300 AD. The KS journeys were pretty cool, I was instructed once arriving (it was years ago, I don’t recall the details) to reach out and take my hand, and I did, it was visceral. However, that was my first future self convergence.

Very recently I had one spontaneously. I was at a church service, Interfaith CommUNITY, and the theme that month was, “What Do You Teach?” The lovely Lori, (I blogged her article, The Zen of Crayons) was singing a song about teaching . . . As you may, or may not know, I am currently working toward my Bachelor’s Degree in Education. It will be next year before I transfer to the university, I will be attending ASU. So, as she is singing I flash to my graduation, I am there. I am walking on stage, and being handed my diploma. Whoa, my heart swelled and I cried such sweet tears of joy. And, here’s the thing, I can return to that moment at will, and each time I feel the joy, and an overwhelming feeling of pride in my accomplishment. Therefore obviously there is never a need to doubt or worry. It has/is/will be.

So thus far I have only experienced two future lives, and many past lives, but you can affect the now from any timeline, sending intent and goodwill.

Oh and…. The day I agreed to write a blog post for this challenge, knowing that I wanted to share this experience, I go into my back garden patio (my favorite chill zone) and I hear the high school band practicing, again, and again, they played the Graduation song. I chuckled and my heart filled up to overflowing yet again. About a week later my friend who also is in college send me a YouTube link to a show on tarot, and astrology with two women, what do they play but the Graduation song. Amazing and fun.

In the spirit of academic accomplishments, I am going to brag on myself a little. I post my papers on academia.edu, and my very first literary critique, was a year ago, Little Red Cap, the Awakening of Sexual Awareness, has been searched ever since. It is in the Top 3% of papers searched, and viewed, on that site. If you wish to read any of my academic writing you can check them out here.

Thank you my kindred spirit soul sister Linda, for hosting such a fantastic challenge.

Remember

10377452_933801266630267_7629179004885540140_n

Remember who you are. Who are you? Who am I? That has really been the big question all along. I suppose it depends on who you ask? When you ask them? It depends on beliefs, on illusions, and on theories. The Tibetans, and the Zen Buddhist monks may have a notion. You may have a notion too. The mirror work… still weird. I do remember as a child of say 10,  looking closely into a mirror almost eye to eye, staring deeply into my pupils and asking “who are you?” I had a notion that I wasn’t in Kansas anymore.  I recently shared a post on Facebook by my blogger gal pal Trina, at Akosmopolite, that blew me away. She does her best to tell you about her Ayahuasca journey. I can tell you I saw radiance on my sister. It looked to me she had seen beyond the veil. I am anxious to see what unfolds from her journey. I was truly moved by it. Trina didn’t opt in either, but I am adding her to the Retro Challenge.

So… I like to stay fluid in my perception of who I am, and who you are? I choose to be trans-dimensional in existence. Everyday life still is but it is usually pretty darn good. The image above inspired me. I have no idea who the artist is, sorry. It reminds me of my meditation journeys and some of the things I see and feel. Magic is all around us. The angels constantly show me, as I constantly ask to be shown signs. I feel a vibrational wave of love and awakening moving over the Earth. If I am delusional, I hope I remain so.

I just finished my burning bowl ceremony in the garden under the strawberry moon. It felt magical.

Happy Ishtar

ostara

Ishtar  is the East Semitic Akkadian, Assyrian and Babylonian goddess of fertility, love, war, and sex.

The Name Easter actually comes from Ishtar/Easter who was worshiped as the Moon Goddess, The Goddess of Spring and fertility, and the Queen of Heaven. She is also known by many other names in other countries and cultures that she is often referred to as the goddess of one thousand names.

What came first? The holiday or the Egg?

The Babylonians celebrated the day of Ishtar / Easter as the return of the goddess of Spring – the re-birth or reincarnation of Nature and the goddess of Nature.  Babylonian legend says that each year a huge egg would fall from heaven and would land in the area around the Euphrates River.  In her yearly re-birth, Ishtar would break out of this egg and if any of those celebrating this occasion happened to find her egg, Ishtar would bestow a special blessing on that person.  Does this explain the origin of our modern- day tradition of Easter eggs and baskets and Easter egg hunts? Other pagan rites that were connected with this celebration and which are part of our modern Easter tradition are Easter offerings to the Queen of Heaven (consisting of freshly cut flowers, hot buns decorated with crosses, and star-shaped cakes); new clothes to celebrate this festival (The pagan priests wore new clothes or robes and the Vestal Virgins wore new white dresses or robes and bonnets on their heads.); and sunrise services (to symbolically hasten the yearly arrival of Ishtar’s egg from heaven – the re-incarnation of the spring goddess).  Do we still worship Ishtar today?

From Babylon , this mystery religion spread to Egypt, Asia, Europe, North and South America, all over the world, and eventually was incorporated into mainstream Christian religion.

The roots of Easter as a celebration of the Spring Equinox

Easter falls at the time of the spring equinox. This is no coincidence because the roots of Easter are neo-pagan. Easter has been known by many names: Ostra, Ostrara, Ostara, Eostre and Eastre. The Christian celebration of Easter is like an overlay-at one point in time, when the Christian religion incorporated the ancient Celtic and other pagan rituals. The roots are still there in a modern day Christian holiday.
Easter can be celebrated anywhere from March 22 to April 25. This is because the early observation of Easter was determined by early churches to be on the first Sunday following the full moon that occurs on or following the spring equinox (March 21).
Symbols of Easter-the colored Easter egg, the rabbit, and the Easter lily are all part of the Easter holiday. These symbols all came from the celebrating the victory of spring over winter, of life over death, with rituals to the Gods and Goddesses. From celebrating the revival of nature and the return of the sun’s warmth, Easter became the Christianized rebirth of mankind through Christ’s death and resurrection.
Some Christians might like to deny the connection but the theme of rebirth and resurrection is part of many spring celebrations.
Wiccans and other modern-day Neopagans continue to celebrate the Spring Equinox as one of their 8 yearly Sabbats (holy days of celebration). Near the Mediterranean, this is a time of sprouting of the summer’s crop; farther north, it is the time for seeding. Their rituals at the Spring Equinox are related primarily to the fertility of the crops and to the balance of the day and night times. Where Wiccans can safely celebrate the Sabbat out of doors without threat of religious persecution, they often incorporate a bonfire into their rituals, jumping over the dying embers is believed to assure fertility of people and crops.
Many, perhaps most, Pagan religions in the Mediterranean area had a major seasonal day of religious celebration at or following the Spring Equinox. Cybele, the Phrygian fertility goddess, had a fictional consort who was believed to have been born via a virgin birth. He was Attis, who was believed to have died and been resurrected each year during the period MAR-22 to MAR-25. “About 200 B.C. mystery cults began to appear in Rome just as they had earlier in Greece. Most notable was the Cybele cult centered on Vatican hill …Associated with the Cybele cult was that of her lover, Attis ([the older Tammuz, Osiris, Dionysus, or Orpheus under a new name). He was a god of ever-reviving vegetation. Born of a virgin, he died and was reborn annually. The festival began as a day of blood on Black Friday and culminated after three days in a day of rejoicing over the resurrection.”
Many religious historians believe that the death and resurrection legends were first associated with Attis, many centuries before the birth of Jesus. They were simply grafted onto stories of Jesus’ life in order to make Christian theology more acceptable to Pagans. Others suggest that many of the events in Jesus’ life that were recorded in the gospels were lifted from the life of Krishna, the second person of the Hindu Trinity. Ancient Christians had an alternate explanation; they claimed that Satan had created counterfeit deities in advance of the coming of Christ in order to confuse humanity. Modern-day Christians generally regard the Attis legend as being a Pagan myth of little value.
They regard Jesus’ death and resurrection account as being true, and unrelated to the earlier tradition.
A Jewish festival, Purim, also celebrated in the spring, has as it central character and heroine, Esther who, as queen, kept the evil Haman from killing her people. Even the very word moon derives from the Sanskrit mas or ma, meaning “to measure.”
Easter is a wonderful admixture of ancient and modern. This is to show respect for this Christian holiday, but also to note that there were pagan and Celtic and other roots that are preserved in other aspects of Easter including the Easter eggs and the symbol of the hare.
So the next time at Easter that you exchange Easter baskets, chocolate rabbits and color eggs, think about the origins of this holiday.

(I, Sindy, am fine with celebrating Ishtar!)
