Horray! Happy, Happy, Joy, Joy! I rejoice that I return to school on January 9, when Mercury goes direct, and it is my good friend, Ed’s birthday! I am SO ready. I have a new internship, and although it is a little farther than I wished, it looks like a great high school. I have connected with my school friends, ordered my books, and BAM, I’m ready.

Even though Mercury has been retrograde, and the usual MR activities occurred, it all worked out somehow, and for the better some occasions. I was going to share a great article on 2017 planetary alignments, but instead I will just link it here.

Also a Pleiadian Message~ The Great Changeover 2017-2027 ~ Barbara Marciniak

Also if anyone is interested I have added all my YA book reviews, and some critical analysis to my Digital Classroom here.

Fairy Moonbeams

fae1Chopin

Hello friends. The moon is beautiful tonight. I have been so, so busy but finally relief, well… for a minute.

All is well. My A session class is over, and my first grade at ASU, is an A. The Shakespeare paper resulted in a B, and coming from him, that is a A. lol First Shakespeare midterm, and well, I passed, grades not in yet. I will avoid anything with elements of poetry analysis if at all possible in the future. What is the vehicle and what is the tenor for this metaphor? Ay, caramba! I do not know. I tried. But for the most part it is going well. I just found out I am going to high school next semester for my internship. Hmmm, We shall see?

I have read several more books, “Uglies” by Scott Westerfeld, a dystopian novel where everyone is ugly and then they’re not. A really fun read, and I got to go see him speak that week at a local bookstore with my “Uglies” group  from class. It was fun. I will warn that the book is one of three, and there was no resolution at the end. Argh! As soon as I am out for Christmas I will venture into the other two, “Pretties”, and “Specials.” After reading his book I thought he was going to be a bit deeper than he was, but he was really funny. Also “I Am J”, about a transgender teen, pretty good, but the GLBTQ community doesn’t seem to like it much. The author Cris Beam was well meaning, and the book had its moments.

So. . . I miss yall. I wish I had more time to connect. Sending out love far, and wide. Kisses, and magical fairy dust dropping down on the rays of the moonbeams to all~

First up Macbeth!  I just found out I got a scholarship that is going to be a great help. I am going to be a Busy Bee. Send me good mojo all.

Peacock’s, Pomp & Circumstance

The-bestselling-full-mosaic-tiles-font-b-White-b-font-font-b-Peacock-b-font-green

Most of my blog buddies are friends on Facebook, so y’all are up to date. Graduation was fun, It felt like an accomplishment although it was just community college. Boy I love, love that school, and had such erudite professors, who are great teachers. As education is my major, I always got a twofer; I was learning say Literature, and watching their teaching style. All of the professors were there to congratulate us, and that was a cherished moment. Oh, and I got to walk to Pomp and Circumstance! (You can see it on my Facebook page.) Today I met with my ASU, Mary Lou Fulton Teaching College adviser, Chris, super nice guy. We took the light rail to the Tempe campus, so it was also an adventure. Parking is super expensive there, and I would get some exercise if I chose that method of transit. I am also considering taking my bike, if my knee is down with that. So more delays, I have to get my finger print card, I had no idea but I start teaching in a classroom my first semester, one day a week. Wow, jumping right on into this. Well that is pretty much it, things are flowing it a it better than that last month, my computer is in the shop yet again.

A special thank you to all my friends, and family for all the beautiful roses, card, parties, best wishes. . . it was really, really cool! I am blessed!

I am inspired by peacocks lately, and I know I have covered its symbolism before, as well, as Julianne, at Through the Peacock’s Eyes, and others, but I will include a bit here anyways.

Having a lighthearted approach to all things that come our way because laughter really is the best medicine to keeps us healthy and happy.

Alternatively this bird could be letting you know that now is the time to acknowledge your dreams and aspirations within yourself. Use this birds gifts to bring you confidence, stature and a sense of accomplishment in all the things around you and all your current projects.

Contemplations

poppy_fairy2

Well now that was quick, but not painless. I just completed the online, eight week, instead of sixteen week, Survey of British Literature after 1800. Talk about self-study. Talk about fast paced. Oh brother, but I knew I could do it, and it is done. I certainly will spend more time with this literature. I love most all of it. As well as the Romantic, and Transcendentalist in America, and those associated; Poe, Hawthorne, and Melville too. My head is swimming with it all. Concurrently been in the application process for ASU, and all going swimmingly, all transcripts are in, and I hit a snag, after 3 years, and 3 months, apparently to them, I am a non-resident. UGH! Don’t even ask but I have to appeal it. Just send me good mojo please.

So I want to pick a parting poem in honorarium, and celebration., but what shall it be? I shared something by most all studied but William Wordsworth, he deserves a spot. One of the so called “Lucy Poems.”

She Dwelt among the Untrodden Ways

William Wordsworth

She dwelt among the untrodden ways
         Beside the springs of Dove,
A Maid whom there were none to praise
         And very few to love:
A violet by a mossy stone
         Half hidden from the eye!
—Fair as a star, when only one
         Is shining in the sky.
She lived unknown, and few could know
         When Lucy ceased to be;
But she is in her grave, and, oh,
         The difference to me!

Gentler

Mermaids Chair

Raga Keeravani – Indian bansuri – Flute –

Hello friends. Monday last, while walking to class, my guide told me, “Be gentler, be more gentle with others, be more gentle with yourself. Be softer, drop the defensive walls built in childhood. Be vulnerable, show vulnerability.” “Say What? My inner child starts to panic a bit. I have let it ruminate in my thoughts over the past week, and reflecting upon the defensive tough, yet friendly egoic wall. As children we do what we have to do to survive. I am not inferring I had a tragic childhood, not at all, but events that impressed the psyche of the inner child. All things to observe and put into that alchemical fire of transmutation. Really trying to see myself from an outsiders perspective, by outsider I mean anyone who is not me. Wait you are all me, and I all you, therefore seems pretty silly to have a wall at all doesn’t it.

It is a very busy time with finishing up my MAPP program at the community college, (actually graduating with and AA which is not my goal, but a milestone,) and applying to ASU, so, so much to do. I am sure many of you have been through the process. All in all, I am blessed, blessed, blessed. Life is sweet.

As you may recall, or not, I love the iChing readings at iFate, they always have deep relevance. This was from this morning.

Hexagram 57

“Spreading”

3/6/16

Like gentle wind wafting through a village, this hexagram suggests a time of influence and change. This is a time when clarity and truth can pierce through veils of illusion. Through earnestness and a sense of quiet peace, you can penetrate the hearts of those around you and spread goodwill and prosperity. This is a time to speak up and let your voice permeate the land. Communicate your wants and needs to those you love. The key here is to be gentle but continual with the expression of your dreams and wishes.  Your will has incredible power to spread at this time.  Be heard – but be true to yourself.

Description Changes:

“Kneeling Before an Alter”

This line is suggestive of the power of humility. If you want your ideas to flourish and be received well by others, spread them out as if you are kneeling before the Divine.

Transitioning to:

Hexagram 53

“Gradual Progress”

Like a young sapling slowly reaching toward the sky, this hexagram portends an incremental process toward new achievements. This is a time to put all your energy and attention directly on the step you are currently on. Too frequently we focus on the final destination without focusing on all the fascinating destinations along the way. Let each step be its own adventure and its own goal.  Now is the time to focus on today.  Tomorrow will still come.

Blue’s Back

Blue~

Hello friends…Here is an update to the update…. The Geek Squad were really Techie Angels and saved my computer. As I mentioned in my edited addition to the update, I broke the hard drive, well that is easy and can be replaced but recovering the operating system (Windows) was the issue. ASUS will not supply a recovery disc, they want you to send your computer in to them, which with school, I just could not do. So a ASU graduate student, and a young ASU Computer Science undergrad found a solution. I love the Geeks! However it is like starting fresh, my images were saved but I am not able to see them yet, my Microsoft Word was gone and I had to purchase it again….So on and so on…. But all in all, I am grateful. So yes I will be recycling images for now.

I would also like to tell everyone that my good friend Karen Kubicko has her book on Amazon. Check out her post and her book,

Life is Just Another Class-One Souls Journey Through Past Life Regression. Karen has been working on this book for awhile now, since prior to our meeting, and I have read excerpts, its really good. I know that Karen is going to be a successful author and speaker. Congrats to my friend.

Thank you all for your care and support. I am having a stressful time of late, and I really must find a way to make it work. I appreciate all your love and support so much.

Peace, Love & Namaste
