4 Ways to Make Your Visualization Actually Manifest

By Laura Weber

What is visualization and why is it important to your life? Visualization is the practice in which a person intentionally focuses mental energy on a specific idea, image, or desired outcome for a prescribed amount of time. This is done for the purpose of sending the focused energy out into the quantum field where it can then synchronistically manifest into the life of the visualizer.

How does this work? First let’s start with the physics perspective of a thought. A thought is a frequency, a vibration. It is ultimately a form with structure. The only reason that the average person cannot ‘see’ a thought wave is because it is too fine of a frequency and our range of vision, the perceptual capability of our eyes cannot pick up on it. This does not mean it is not real. A thought is a thing. Pull up the image in your mind’s eye of a plastic sandwich bag. It is translucent, right? When it’s only one bag, you can easily see through it. Ok now in your mind stack a few more plastic bags on top of that one. Still see through? Yes, but getting a little more opaque. Ok now put 5 more,…10 more…100 bags. Is this stack of bags translucent anymore? No. Why? This is because although it is thin and translucent, it does have structure and eventually, when bound together, the density accumulates and forms something more massive. This is a simple way of explaining how thoughts work in our dimensional reality. So, if you are visualizing, and you spend, say, 15minutes really honing in on one thought or idea and you add emotions to it, pictures, sounds, stories, you are literally building density and next thing you know you have created a real thought structure- a blueprint construction in the template reality. Now this part of your visualization practice is complete and you let it go, you send it out in the universe and allow the quantum field to do its work through synchronicity, allowing it to manifest unto you.

Are there problems with this design? Well, no not technically. But practically, there are some issues for many of us. For me personally, to sit down every day and spend 15 minutes focusing my mind on just one thing can be extremely challenging. As many of us, I can at times really struggle with the monkey mind. The programmed incessant thought patterns, the distractions of the physical body, and so on. So the issue I am seeing is that we understand the value and importance of visualization, we desire to consciously steer our lives in the direction of our highest preference and joy, and we understand the mechanics of visualization, but in the reality of everyday life we may find it difficult to slow down, sit down, and tune in on one thing specifically for any amount of time.

I have been beating myself up about this for too long and I have realized that meditation practices are just like education. We are beginning to really understand that the major flaw of the public education system lies in its inability or refusal to cater to the individual needs and abilities of the students. Likewise, if each of us has a unique and different personality, life purpose, energy flow, etc., why would we all force ourselves to prescribe to the same type of meditation? When you think of meditation classically, you traditionally think of sitting in lotus silently and completely still with a blank mind. Yet this is only one type of meditation, it can take a very long time to master, and it may not work for everyone.

With these points in mind I have really been downloading some encouraging and empowering information about meditation and visualization practices that I think can really upgrade and revolutionize your spiritual practice in a way that feels lighter, more natural, more fun, more spontaneous, and more powerful.

It is of the UTMOST importance that when you are intentionally sending a message or request into the universe, that you FEEL good. Your state of being is the NUMBER ONE ingredient. So if your current style of visualization feels forced, frustrating, or boring, then THAT feeling is the energy you are sending out the universe! Below are some creative suggestions that have appeared to me as options and tools to put in your toolkit. This is not to say that traditional meditation isn’t powerful or that there are not many more possible ways. I hope that these empower you, inspire you, and help you get in the right state of being to vibrate yourself into the most joyful reality.

  1. Visualize spontaneously- Sometimes if I sit down with the structured idea of ‘now I must visualize’ it flops and I am so focused on doing it right that I get very little done. Sound familiar? If so, try another approach. If you are around the house or out and about and your energy is flowing joyfully and naturally and something you see or a person you are interacting with really inspires you or puts you in a state of great joy, utilize THAT energy while it is naturally present. Once you are aware of that non-resistant state, milk it. Feel that energy fill you up, let it expand as big as it can and then let your thoughts create structures within that natural energy you are holding. That is the perfect time to start going through the story in your mind of how your life could creatively and beautifully unfold. Go big! Be totally imaginative. Remember that the universe speaks in frequency and vibration so if the image and the story you are using creates a wonderful feeling of fireworks within you, the universe if listening to that, and will magnify more of that frequency in your life.

  1. Tell a story- As aforementioned, the physical mind has the tendency to wander off track, making focused visualization difficult to maintain. Hack the tendency of the physical mind by using language and telling a story. Writing or typing this story is even better. Ask yourself a question like “What does being rich feel like to me?” or “What would I do all day today if I could do ANYTHING I desire?” or “What does the highest expression of me look like, feel like, and act like?” Go journal about it, tell the story out loud to someone else, record yourself speaking it, or make it your status update, inspiring others to do the same. By sharing your vision with many people in your life or replicating it in any way, you are multiplying its broadcasting power. But don’t be connected to the specific story you are telling. As the days go by, the story may morph and grow and evolve. Remember again, it’s the feeling that matters rather than the specifics.

  1. Flow with reality: What I mean is- do not FIGHT what is. If you really want to live in the tropics and you are stuck in Ohio, don’t use your current situation as the springboard for your visualization. You will transform nothing by resisting it. I use to try this, it fails utterly. There is no use in beating yourself up when you look around and feel that your current situation is not your desired situation. Acknowledge this, but understand that this may not be optimum moment to visualize your desires. In a moment like this, you may find yourself thinking, ‘I don’t want THIS! I want THAT!’ or ‘I would much rather have x manifestation rather than y’. But this is not coherent language to the universal intelligence. The quantum field does not differentiate the idea of wanting or not wanting, it just reads the feeling of WHATEVER you are talking about. In a moment like this, be gentle on yourself and move onto the next thing you feel good about. Choose your next opportunity to visualize when you have a moment in which it naturally flows.

  1. Life as visualization: Every wise spiritual teacher from Abraham-Hicks to Bashar has repeatedly recommended one all-important practice of manifesting a joyous accelerated reality; Follow your excitement. This is visualization at its very best, in its most actualized form. When you ACT on the excitement you feel, you are threading those joyful visions of what you desire directly into your experiential reality. This is the completion of the circuit of the creative engine. You think of what you want, you feel it, then an opportunity is there for you to do something that makes you feel good, that feels natural, that feels exciting, and you do it. And it feels great. You are literally choosing, with your thoughts, actions, and emotions to embody the self you have been calling forth. In the rhythm of this creative circuit, it only expands more and more into the infinite joyful experience of you.

So there are four simple ideas that I am sharing with the intention that you will give yourself permission to joyfully focus yourself into your preferred state of being, and that you will thus see your vision and love reflected all around you. These are just a few ideas, so be creative. Notice that the emphasis is on your feelings and frequency. Whatever it is that gets you there, harness those moments of non-resistance to focus your intentions and plant the seeds of your joy.

Make lists of positive aspects. Make lists of things you love—and never complain about anything. And as you use those things that shine bright and make you feel good as your excuse to give your attention and be who-you-are, you will tune to who-you-are, and the whole world will begin to transform before your eyes. It is not your job to transform the world for others—but it is your job to transform it for you. A state of appreciation is pure Connection to Source where there is no perception of lack.

When Life Gives You Lemons

Yes, I want. We often want, which is need, which stresses the manifestation principle.  I want to give, now that is more at ease. Giving, giving is the gift. I have been given the amazing opportunity to transform. You know that old saying, “When life gives you lemons, make lemonade.” Well, there is a lot to that old adage! “Every dark cloud has a silver lining,” another with the same meaning. A long time ago I was reading this rather old book titled, The Great White Brotherhood, I recall a metaphor in that little book that has stuck with me for all these years, it went something like this;

“Say you are walking in the woods and you need to get to a point in the distance, but a swamp like marsh is between you and where you wish to go. You have two choices, to take the long way around the marsh, or to go through the marsh. You decide to go straight ahead through the marsh. Once into the marsh, you get stuck in the muck and the mire. You suddenly doubt this choice and ask, “Why? Why did I make this choice?” You think, “What a stupid choice I just made!” You really berate and doubt your decision, yet…..  You cry out, you cry out to your Higher Self, “Help me, please!” In that very moment, you transform your thinking to one of self-love, and you realize the beauty of getting stuck in the muck and the mire. All of these are paraphrased from memory.

My point is this…I have always said that one of the most empowering things that can occur in my life is the ability to transform an impression. When I am truly able to make lemonade, I rejoice, I truly rejoice, and feel my power. My recent visit to unhappiness and lack, has been such a gift. Why, because I have been in the muck and the mire and cried out to my Higher Self. Sometimes when you are happy and satisfied, you stop the work. You don’t even think about the work. By the work I mean that connection with the aspect of self closer to source, or more commonly called Higher Self. I still use the term but I do like the term Inner Divine Self, as it places it inside your energetic matrix and not outside of it. So, now in the muck and mire, I have indeed cried out to my Inner Divine Self and it has brought me to my work, and to my power. Give, give, give that which you want to receive, and not because you want to receive but because giving is the gift. In your work on self, or as Abraham Hicks says, in the vortex, all good thing come. As I wrote in The Call, the vow that was made to my Inner Divine Self will bring me into that which I want…want again…..a state of Being, which is bliss, or the Sanskrit word for bliss, ananda.

Speaking of Abraham Hicks, or Abraham, as channeled by Ester Hicks, I cannot be more grateful to how their words, that has greatly assisted my process. I will link a YouTube channel with many of the videos below.

I now know, what a blessing these challenges that we have sometimes, are to us in our lives. These challenges are opportunities to use our power, to use our power to transform and transmute impressions, to use our power to strengthen that connection to our Divine Self!

Jupiter Direct

Purple Sharing Heart

I wanted to share this message from my dear friend Polona Somrak. She is a real Earth Angel.

I love the collective wave I am seeing among the spiritual beings online, Facebook, here at Word Press….It is very exciting that we are unifying in that collective of love. We are truly blessed~

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Hey there, everyone!
With this post, I AM encouraging everyone to share on the current energies! I will start! Today (30th of January), Jupiter went direct again, after a few months of being retrograde. With that, all other planets are also going direct for a period of 19 days and it’s time to intensely focus on our intent for the New, as our manifesting abilities are amplified now. This is a strong shift and all who are emphatic  are feeling this intensely. These new openings usually come along with some Ascension symptoms (body’s resistance to the New). Sometimes it gets so intense, that one cannot do anything else but rest and take it easy. I know that at time it seems like all we do is purge and cleanse, but we are stronger than our bodies … which are shifting in a great deal, so let us remember this every time we are releasing something!
We hope that You are having a fantastic Jupiter (and all the planets) going direct day … don’t forget to feel your best possible life and the highest path of Divine Love!
Within Divine Love, Polona
Bright Promise
Ken Rotberg
I hope that everyone is having a great Holiday Season with family, and friends. I know that I did. There were moments so blissful that they were almost surreal. This morning I read a couple of great blog post. One was by Bella Capozzi, The Angel Diaries.  Bella summed up my feeling in this post, A Kinder, Gentler World. My Experiences With Life After 12-21. She speaks of her thoughts and experiences of life post 12/21/12, on Ascension and changes, I too feel I am in a kinder, gentler world, as I too feel kinder and gentler.
The second one was a post by Leigh, at Notes From The Bluegrass. Leigh spoke of her reactions and self-observations on the Newtown tragedy and Ho O’ Pono Pono and cleaning it in ourselves. Both really awesome post.
Also, I wanted to share a very excellent result of my Chopra 21 Day Abundance Meditation Challenge. I have been without a car for a couple of years and totally not expecting, was gifted my Mothers old car, refurbished, by her and my Step Father for Christmas. How cool is that? Well for me, it is pretty darn cool.
Additionally, I will be making a major move this coming month from Louisiana to Arizona, much closer to my friends and life in Los Angeles. So I am excited. I am very hopeful and positive about our New Year 2013. As long as those of us who have been called to awaken to our destiny, continue as we have, our world has a bright load of promise and miracles, joy, harmony and happiness.
Peace & Love
Sindy
