Ani Choying Drolma

Happy Sunday everyone. Happy Birthday weekend Linda. Happy Birthday to all my Scorpio friends.

Our good friend, and absentee blogger Shree, shared  the chanting of Ani Choying Drolma, a Buddhist nun from Nepal, on FB. She is enchanting, enjoy her and Happy Sunday.

Revisiting and older post. Namaste~ We all know its meaning, just a blessed reminder.

Namaste

The gesture Namaste represents the belief that there is a Divine spark within each of us that is located in the heart chakra. The gesture is an acknowledgment of the soul in one by the soul in another. Nama means bow, as means I, and te means you. Therefore, Namaste literally means “bow me you” or “I bow to you.”

To perform Namaste, we place the hands together at the heart charka, close the eyes, and bow the head. It can also be done by placing the hands together in front of the third eye, bowing the head, and then bringing the hands down to the heart. This is an especially deep form of respect. Although in the West the word “Namaste” is usually spoken in conjunction with the gesture, in India, it is understood that the gesture itself signifies Namaste, and therefore, it is unnecessary to say the word while bowing.

We bring the hands together at the heart chakra to increase the flow of Divine love. Bowing the head and closing the eyes helps the mind surrender to the Divine in the heart. One can do Namaste to oneself as a meditation technique to go deeper inside the heart chakra; when done with someone else, it is also a beautiful, albeit quick, meditation.

Namaste, to myself, to you, to my world, and universe, to infinity and beyond~

Blue Christmas

It’s almost Christmas. Bummer, now I have to wait a whole year until it is Christmas again. lol.

All you wonderful, fantastic people…you are the spice in my life. I have been so enriched by you all. I feel so blessed, and fortunate. Fantastic meditation last night with Jeanette, she has reached such a high frequency level that I fell asleep listening to Yeshua speak to us. Prior we were on a golden path, I saw the yellow brick road and got a whole deeper meaning to the story, the Emerald City was a flame like the Heart Chakra, and the golden path to it. The poppies represent the sleep we can fall into whilst trying to reach the center. It was all very dreamy and then it was a dream. I reiterate I am so blessed. Love and gratitude is everything ❤

My beloved Deepak sent an entire page of meditations! Yea! Here.
