Super New Moon In Pisces

Cake By the Ocean

Great article on Elephant Journal, I really did not know this, and found it really amusing I have had this thing for mermaids lately. This astrological forecast just made So much since of all that is going on, mostly good. A very interesting time. My Survey class in British Literature after 1800, is just moving along at break neck speed, every Monday, and Friday I delve deep into this lush, and sumptuous material. Tonight my head is swimming after reading, and writing on, Tennyson, The Lady of Shalott, and Ulysses, Robert Browning’s, The Last Duchess, and Lewis Carrol’s, Jaberwocky.

I diverged, but its fitting. I will just post a bit of the article, but follow the link to read the full article. Really insightful.

I love you

Super New Moon in Pisces: Dreams Can Come True

The amazing thing with this moon is that everything we truly want is waiting for us—if we are brave enough to do the work to get it.

Everything we’ve dreamed about is only one step away—yet that step is an immense one.

By: Kate Rose

On Tuesday March 8th there will be an emotional and dynamic super new moon in Pisces.

Often, supermoons are overlooked when they occur at the new moon because there isn’t the grand display in the sky—yet it truly is a momentous time of intense energies and new possibilities.

A supermoon is when the moon literally is closer to earth, and if visible, it could appear up to 30% larger in the sky.

New moons are a time of beginnings when we are encouraged to plant the seeds of what we hope to manifest within the new lunar cycle.

Combining this Pisces new moon with a supermoon signifies that it’s not just a new beginning, but a new life direction altogether.

Pisces is the last sign of the zodiac and embodies qualities of all the signs, yet she is most well known for being sensitive, romantic and in touch with her deepest emotions.

She is the underwater goddess that helps us to believe in the impossible.

Because Pisces influences our ability to dive deep into our emotions, we will become brave enough to finally face our inner wounds and heal them once and for all.

  1. Hi Sindy,
Lots of Love to you <3! Appreciating Kate Rose's post on the solar eclipse in Pisces and wishing you well with your deep-dive readings. I had to comment on the Cake by the Ocean video… Wow… How about it?! Let's do it! Hahaha… That looks kinda messy, but I guess he's in the ocean with his cake, so… aiight. LOL.
    Again, Love you,
    Ka

    Hey Sindy,

How deeply the emotions are stirred and the impassioned heart overwhelmed by this pulchritudinous overindulgence of words 🙂

I’ve sat for hours listening repeatedly to Loreena McKennitt’s hauntingly beautiful rendition of Tennyson’s mesmerising and tragic poem, and still words fail me trying to express all I felt. It is absolutely exquisite, simply perfect in everyway: unsurpassable, there was not a dry eye in the house 🙂 The pre-Raphaelite artwork in the video is breath-taking, flowing as might a tapestry from Shalott’s weaving loom, oh, such a feast for the senses.

Down she came and found a boat
    Beneath a willow left afloat,
And round about the prow she wrote
    The Lady of Shalott….

And at the closing of the day
    She loosed the chain, and down she lay;
The broad stream bore her far away,
    The Lady of Shalott.

So lost am I in Tennyson’s genius that I’ve yet to listen to any of the other three poem’s you’ve cited. I will do so, and imagine them all to be as compelling and elegant. Jabberwocky and The Last Duchess are both known to me, perhaps not in the form they may take here, but Ulysses will be a first listen to the full poem. Looking forward to hearing his disquieted monologue.

Kate Rose’s post was most welcome, both insightful and psychologically penetrating, it related so well to the poetry: emphasising the need to escape our own ‘bower’ and adventure out into the wider world before we depart this mortal coil. It is a deeply poignant message, and one so befitting of Spring’s flushing new bride as she dances through the seasons towards her winter’s end. Our lives are so inextricably interwoven with Nature’s grander cycles: our years merely seasons taking us from our budding and growth, to our flowering, and onwards to the waning of our bloom, and a return to the salve of Mother Earth. A single life-time is really such a precious a gift, and our dreams far to important to be ignored.

I see the artful Mermaid still holds you in her beguiling gaze, as I imagine the golden mermaid sleeping upon the shore in Kate’s post does as well. Both are wondrous denizens of two realms, body and mind, earth and water, seducing and freeing deep instinct with their unfathomable beauty and physical attraction, and then liberating our dreaming hearts and minds to reach far higher beyond the stars in search of golden dreams. Such alluring creatures, so playful upon the eye 😉

So what of your dreams Sindy…when your heart and mind extend beyond the stars, or dive into the profound oceanic depths, what is it that you reach for? Or have you already found it?

Another thoroughly enjoyable post Sindy: a cornucopia of sweet ripe words and boundless fantasy wrapped in a dream and served as a gift upon the page. Perfect nourishment for the soul.

    • Hey D Man! lol You like? D Man? I am so glad you enjoyed the Loreena McKennitt version of the poem, I wasn’t going to use it but I am glad I did.

All of my wildest dreams are there for me to step into. We are all living a dream, be it fun, or not so fun. 😀 Quantum step into your dream.

Part of me is still in Wonderland, I was captured by Jabberwocky.

Well been studying weather all day for Geography exam tomorrow, its bedtime here. I hope you have had a good day. Thanks as always for the encouragement.

      Namaste
